Sam is a founding partner of Vandalia Wealth Management. Sam has over 35 years of retail and institutional investment consulting experience, ranging from Corporate Retirement Plans, Taft-Hartley, Corporate and Personal Trusts. Sam served as President of the Board of Directors for the Capitol Market and serves as a Mentor for MBA candidates at the University of Charleston. Sam shares his enthusiasm for automobiles with his son Andrew and enjoys skiing down Cup Run at Snowshoe, WV.
Lois is a founding partner of Vandalia Wealth Management. Prior to this she served in multiple capacities in her 30+ year career with Wells Fargo Advisors. Her experience includes corporate positions in Strategic Planning, Cash Management and Unit Trust Sales and Trading. For the last 20 years she provided investment consulting to successful individuals, corporations and institutional organizations to help build, preserve and transfer wealth. She has been recognized as a Premier Advisor for Wells Fargo Advisors with acknowledgement for “Best Practices” for many years. Lois was also recognized as a 2018 West Virginia Wonder Woman. Presented by WV Living magazine to acknowledge the women making West Virginia a better place to live. She provided the keynote address for the University of Charleston School of Business & Leadership Class of 2019 Hooding Ceremony. Lois is a graduate of the University of Florida, and holds her Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations in addition to insurance licenses.

Passionate about giving back to her community, Lois has served in voluntary leadership for multiple community organizations including, President of the board of directors of the Charleston YWCA and their Finance and Investment Committees; the Tamarack Artisan Foundation Board of Directors and their Finance Committee; a founding member for the Charleston Chapter of WELD (Women for Economic and Leadership Development); and, Steering Committee Member for Capitol Market. In her free time, she can be found with her husband Sam hiking or skiing the West Virginia hills.

John has over 23 years of experience in providing private client and institutional investment consulting services. John also has extensive experience in cash flow management, lending capabilities, retirement plans and providing assistance in potential merger and acquisition activities. John graduated from Concord University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and holds a Masters of Business Administration from West Virginia University. John holds the Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 and Series 31 registrations as well as several insurance licenses.
John resides in Winfield, WV with his wife Michelle and their three children—Garrett, Haley and Owen. He serves as a coach and board member on multiple youth athletic programs as well as a volunteer for various charitable organizations in the area. He relishes time spent with his family, working on his farm in Ohio and just about anything to do with the outdoors.

Like many of her clients and friends, Kathy is dedicated to community improvement and family is foundational. She is a board member with several local institutions of worship as well as a spiritual director working with the West Virginia Institute for Spirituality. Her two sons and four grandchildren are a source of enormous joy and as with her clients, she is woven into their lives in meaningful ways.

He not only invests in the market but invests in people and takes a personal approach with everyone he works with. He graduated with a mathematics degree from WVU and sees every day as an opportunity to learn. He holds his series 6, 7, 63, and 66 registrations, as well as holding his life and health insurance licenses. Your financial plan is important, and Caleb will take the time to make sure he’s doing all he can to help you and your business reach your goals.
Mentorship is one of his passions and he is very involved in Education Elevators, where he helps children realize their potential. Taking up the rest of his time are his hobbies of pickleball, weight training, and distance running. If he’s not in the office and the weather is nice, check the pickleball courts. He loves spending time with friends and family enjoying the great outdoors.
