Kristi has been in the financial services industry since 2019. Focusing on private client services, she emphasizes collaborative wealth management as the way to meet the needs of our clients as fully as possible. Kristi is highly familiar with industry and custodian policies, procedures, and systems, is hands-on in all areas, and ensures timely communication and issue resolution – all of this being central to delivering quality care to clients. In addition, she has an extensive background in human resources, office operations, and customer services which has contributed to improving approaches that best support our team and our clients.
Kristi is dedicated to community improvement and volunteers in support of local animal shelters. She believes that everyone, no matter how big or small, deserves the same attention and care to meet their needs.
Kristi attended Marshall University and focused on paralegal services. Her career has blended wealth management with business administration, human resources, people management and training, and client and customer communications.
